OTT is booming, and there is constant growth seen in the launching of OTT platforms in the country. In this era of growth and increasing popularity, numerous people are searching to enter the market of over-the-top entertainment. ViX Original is one of the entrants in the market launched by Animesh Giri and Sabita Mishra. The app was grandly launched in an event at Burn Bar and Cafe in Mumbai and was attended by numerous celebrities including Shikha Malhotra and Marathi actor Miling Shinde. The platform’s logo was launched first followed by cake cutting and dancing.
Addressing the media, the CEO of ViX Original Animesh Giri said that he along with Mishra has started this OTT platform, ViX Original. He also added that the platform will be available on Play Store from 25th February 2023. The platform is free of cost and people can download it to enjoy some fresh and original content. Numerous short films, web films, and web series will be available on this platform.
While Sabita Mishra added that “Raktaasan”, the first web series is coming on ViX Original. She also added that the movie will be directed by Tahir Hussain. While famous actor Milind Shinde will be seen in a key role. On the other hand, another project “Dhurandhar” will be on the floor soon.
Moreover, she also added that the content will be clean and will carry a special message. All the content can be streamed along with family members.
