IMAX Corporation to participate at the 100th National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show

IMAX to showcase its streaming technology at the 100th National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show. 



IMAX Corporation, a leader in entertainment technology, is set to exhibit its latest innovations in streaming, home entertainment, and video optimization at the upcoming 100th National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show. The show will start on April 16 and will continue till 19 in Las Vegas.  

Senior Vice President at IMAX, Mr. Vikram Arumilli said the company is excited to be able to present the suite of streaming and video technology.

He also added the NAB Show has remained at the forefront of broadcast technology for a century, and IMAX Corporation sees it as the perfect platform to display its latest immersive video experiences and technological advancements. 

Moreover, the company is focused on providing cost-effective and feasible solutions to major quality challenges faced by the video streaming industry. 

IMAX Corporation will be making its debut appearance this time at the NAB Show, and a number of high-ranking executives from both IMAX and SSIMWAVE will be participating in the event. IMAX intends to use this opportunity to exhibit the full range of its cutting-edge streaming, video optimization, and end-to-end video quality technology to industry leaders in broadcast, streaming, and content creation.   

 Arumilli, who is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Streaming and Consumer Technology at IMAX, will be the main speaker representing the company. He will join Dan Rayburn, a well-known expert in the streaming industry, on the first day of the event. Arumilli and Rayburn will delve into the details of how IMAX’s state-of-the-art technologies are disrupting the streaming industry by providing viewers with immersive and captivating experiences that surpass the traditional movie theater and extend to their homes. They will discuss the numerous ways in which IMAX’s innovations are revolutionizing the streaming engagement landscape and elevating the overall quality of the viewing experience. 

IMAX Corporation will also showcase its latest product, Stream Smart, and demonstrate its video monitoring technology applications for the first time at the NAB Show. The exhibit will take place in the West Hall, marking the company’s debut appearance at the event. Attendees can expect to witness firsthand how Stream Smart works and the potential benefits of IMAX’s video monitoring technology in various applications.
